What do we offer

Level 0: Open Engagement

What : A no commitment self engaging option.

Why : We strongly believe that an aspiring founder should keep in regular touch with the entrepreneurial community and ecosystem for the purpose of exploring growth opportunities.

How does it work:
1) Apply to the Pitch Room with your Startup details.
2) Nativelead team will invite eligible applicants for an hour long free online evaluation with a mentor.
3) During the evaluation both the mentor and startup founder(s) will come to a consensus about the stage of the startup and the level of engagement with Nativelead.
4) Based on the outcome of the evaluation Nativelead team will initiate the engagement process with the startup founder.
5) The Open category members can participate in our regular learning events, access free online resources, explore market opportunities, interact with mentors & investors and connect with any other support systems available in the ecosystem.

Level 1: Startup Playbook Basics (SPB)

What : SPB is a well curated online learning certification program module in Tamil language. This module consists of simple videos, audios, analytical questions, short texts, infographics, interactive group discussions, evaluation tools and other useful tools designed with the objective of providing the startup founders with comprehensive knowledge about the fundamentals of building a startup.

Why : Many founders hailing from small towns are truly enthusiastic and creative. However, they lack the understanding of the Playbook to build a startup company. Through this online learning platform founders can understand the differences between a regular business and a startup. They will also build capacity in validating the scope of their startup idea and how to build it as a workable model.

How does it work:
1) Apply your Startup details to the Pitch Room.
2) Nativelead team will invite eligible applicants for an hour-long free online evaluation meeting with a mentor.
3) During the evaluation meeting both the mentor and startup founder will come to a consensus about the stage of the startup and the level of engagement with Nativelead.
4) Based on the outcome of the evaluating meeting, Nativelead team will initiate the engagement process with the startup founder.
5) If you join the SPB program, you will be given a User Kit which will give you all the information on how to utilize the program to the maximum and get a certification.

Level 2: Playbook 360 (16 weeks)

What : Playbook 360 is a comprehensive online-offline program designed for the startup founders with a scalable idea but lacking the playbook knowledge on how to build a successful startup.

Why : When you have a decent scalable idea but finding it difficult to understand the different components in designing a startup, strategic nuances to execute the plan, resources planning, gap analysis and other aspects in bringing clarity to the venture model, the smart way to learn the playbook and apply it for your specific venture with the help of seasoned mentors helps a lot. Playbook 360 helps you connect the dots and make your company fit to run.

How does it work:
1) Apply your Startup details to the Pitch Room.
2) Nativelead team will invite eligible applicants for an hour-long free online evaluation meeting with a mentor.
3) During the evaluation meeting both the mentor and startup founder will come to a consensus about the stage of the startup and the level of engagement with Nativelead.
4) Based on the outcome of the evaluating meeting, Nativelead team will initiate the engagement process with the startup founder.
5) If you join the Playbook 360 program, you will be given a User Kit which will give you all the information on the intensive 16 week program.

Level 3: Funding Readiness Program (4 weeks)

What : FRP is a 4 week program designed for matured startups with the objective of fine tuning them on investment compliance aspects.

Why : Some evolved startups know the playbook and how to apply it for their own venture. However, they may sometimes lack readiness to get investments. FRB makes them understand how to equip themselves to satisfy the investment process requirements.

How does it work:
1) Apply your Startup details to the Pitch Room.
2) Nativelead team will invite eligible applications for an hour-long free online evaluation meeting with a mentor.
3) During the evaluation meeting both the mentor and startup founder will come to a consensus about the stage of the startup and the level of engagement with Nativelead.

5) If you join the FRB program, you will be given a User Kit which will give you all the information on the intensive 4 week program.
