When the country-wide lockdown was imposed during the last week of March 2020, Nativelead team quickly swung into action and came up with a series of online initiatives to keep the startup community and professionals engaged.

Thedal [The Search] is an offline talent scout program to identify bright startups with bright ideas from emerging cities and towns of Tamil Nadu. Thedal was held in 12 cities of Tamil Nadu to identify 100 startups for the 2020 edition of Startup Tamil Nadu event.
Startups identified through Thedal program shall be invited to 3-day intensive offline Bootcamps for validation of their idea and business model besides grooming them through curated sessions conducted by renowned industry experts. Bootcamps were held in 5 cities of Tamil Nadu for the 2020 edition of Startup Tamil Nadu event.
